Adventure Games: The Dungeon – Find Your Way Out 🗝️🕯️

You wake up in a dank dungeon. It seems impossible to find your way out, especially since none of you can remember what brought you there. Adventure Games: The Dungeon by Phil Walker-Harding and Matthew Dunstan is a cooperative board game from Kosmos for 1 to 4 players aged 12 and up.

Similar to a PC adventure game, you explore rooms, talk to people, find clues, combine objects and uncover secrets. Leave no stone unturned: every room and every item may matter for the story. Step by step you start to grasp the plot and devise a plan to escape – exciting until the very last move. The game is played in three chapters, and the rules are simple, so you can start right away without a long rulebook session. Decisions are made together as a team, and the story unfolds card by card as you explore. The Dungeon is a good starting point for the Adventure Games series and works well for teenagers and adults alike. If you prefer to have the rules explained rather than reading them, the Kosmos Helper App offers animated explanations for this game.
