In this card game for 2 to 5 players aged 8 and up, you race to collect three complete property sets in different colours. Bank money, charge rent and use action cards to grab what you need – a round takes about 15 minutes.

🃏 Draw Two, Play Three

On your turn, draw two cards (five if your hand is empty), then play up to three: money to your bank, properties to the table, or actions.

💰 Every Card Can Be Money

Action cards can be banked as money instead. Keep a few in the bank – when rent is due, you pay from the table, never from your hand.

😈 Deal Breakers and Sly Deals

Action cards let you take properties, swap them or charge rent. Just when you are one card away, someone takes the set.

🏠 Houses and Hotels

Add a house or hotel to a full set and the rent goes up.
