Task Team – Two Teams Compete, One Referees 🎉⏳

In Task Team from Gigamic, two teams go head-to-head over a task while the third team referees. Play with three people or three teams – for 3–18 players aged 7+, about 20 minutes.

Split into three teams – there must be at least one player in each, and the teams do not have to be the same size. The first task is deciding which two teams go first: rock paper scissors, arm wrestling, catch – you decide. The Referee team draws a card and reads it aloud. The card tells everyone how long they have (one sand timer, two sand timers or no time limit), how many players take part per team (one, two or the whole team), which equipment is needed and what the task is. When everyone is ready, the Referee team starts the countdown with "Ready? Task Team!" and the two teams madly scramble to win. The winning team takes the card. Then the roles rotate: the winner stays in, the referees play against the winner, and the losing team becomes the Referee. The Referee's decisions are final, and a draw is settled with another card. The first team to win seven task cards wins the game. The box contains 150 task cards, 10 dice, 10 counters, 2 spinning tops, 2 pencils, 2 notepads, 2 tape measures, a 30-second sand timer and the rulebook.
