They crossed our border first! Imperial Settlers: We Didn't Start the Fire is the third Empire Pack for Imperial Settlers from Portal Games, for 1 to 4 players aged 10 and up, in about 45 to 90 minutes. The Imperial Settlers base game is required.

This Empire Pack introduces a new concept into the world of Imperial Settlers: Conquest. When you conquer, you move the border between your empires – which means you can take the leftmost enemy faction card from any row and build it in your own empire. It's time to grab their land, and you can always remember that you didn't start the fire. The pack also brings a new type of action, the Siege, and it supports all four factions from the base game. Each of the Romans, Barbarians, Egyptians and Japanese receives ten new faction cards, and twelve new common cards are added to the shared deck, so every player gets fresh options whichever faction they choose. For solo play, three Conquest cards for the virtual player make sure your automated opponent can take part in the new conquest action as well. Just shuffle the new cards into the matching decks of your Imperial Settlers base game and play as usual – the pack adds new decisions and interaction without changing the five-round structure you already know.
