Munchkin Wonderland from Steve Jackson Games takes the family to the world of Lewis Carroll's Wonderland novels. Designed by Andrew Hackard and illustrated by John Kovalic, it is for 2 to 6 players aged 6+ and plays in about one hour.

You do not need to know classic Munchkin to enjoy this game. The rules are a little simpler, which makes it a great introduction to Munchkin for kids, and Steve Jackson Games describes it as having less backstabbing than the original. Players move around the illustrated game board, and anyone who lands on a monster has to fight it. Beat creatures such as the Jabberwock or the Red Queen with a roll of the dice and the help of Treasure cards like Six Impossible Things Before Breakfast, the Vorpal Blade or Stolen Tarts. With a bit of luck, you might even get help from the Caterpillar or the Dormouse. Every victory brings more loot, and the game keeps moving until the deck of Treasure cards runs out. At that point, whoever has collected the most loot wins. The box contains a 16 × 16 inch game board, 100 full-colour cards, two six-sided dice, six pawns with plastic stands and a rulesheet, so everything needed for a family game is included.
