Totem Hoarder – The Card Duel for Two 🗿💀

Two rival archaeologists, one goal: get your hands on the Totems before your opponent does. Totem Hoarder is a fast strategy card duel for 2 players aged 11 and up, in about 20 to 30 minutes.

The turns are simple: you usually start by drawing one card, then play one card from your hand into your team, carry out its action and trigger any bonuses it sets off. Step by step, you build a team of creatures and try to bring Totem cards into it. You win the moment you have three Totems and no Spooky Skellies in your team. Those Skellies are the twist: they can interrupt your opponent's turn and even snatch a Totem they have just played – but every Skelly stays in the team of the player who used it, and if you ever have four of them, you lose on the spot. So how often do you dare to stop your rival? Totems themselves are indestructible, yet they can still change sides when someone attacks them. Every decision counts, and the lead can swing back and forth until the very last card. Watch out for the rare Collector card, too – its effect depends on the flip of a coin.
