Ticket to Ride Asia & Legendary Asia – Two Maps, Two Ways to Play 🚂🗺️

Volume 1 of the Ticket to Ride Map Collection from Days of Wonder brings a double-sided board with two maps of Asia. It is an expansion: you need the trains, scoring markers and train cards from Ticket to Ride or Ticket to Ride Europe.

On the Team Asia side, 4 or 6 players pair up into teams of two. Teammates share a score and two cardholders – one for common train cards, one for common tickets – but each keeps a private hand and private tickets. When you draw cards, one goes into your hand and the other to the team, so good timing matters more than talking. Tunnels in the Himalayas reveal 4 to 6 cards, which makes them riskier than usual. The Legendary Asia side is for 2 to 5 players and adds ferries that need locomotives, plus mountain routes: for every X on such a route you discard an extra train, which is worth 2 points. A 10-point Asian Explorer bonus goes to whoever connects the most cities in one network.
