Welcome To… Your Perfect Home – Collector's Edition: The Complete Neighbourhood 🏡✏️

Welcome To… is the flip-and-write game in which you plan your dream suburb. This Collector's Edition (sold in German as the Big Box) is the definitive version: the reworked base game plus all the extra maps, for 1–6 players aged 10+, about 25 minutes.

Each round, three combinations of cards are revealed, and everyone plays at the same time with the same cards. You choose one combination of a number card and an action card. With the number you write a house on one of the three streets on your sheet – the numbers in each street must go up in order. With the action you build a fence to mark out a housing estate, improve your estates, create a park, build a swimming pool, hire a temporary worker to change the number, or build an extension to an existing house. Three city plans earn extra points for the quickest architects. At the end, add up the points for your constructions – the highest score wins. A solo mode lets you play against the AAA company, and an advanced mode adds roundabouts. On top of the revised base game, the box includes all previously released expansion maps, a new alien-themed Roswell expansion, alternative sheets by six artists, and 165 cards in total. Everything is dry-erase, with 36 double-sided sheets, 6 markers and 6 eraser pads.
