Lay tunnel cards next to the starting card, and remember that a tunnel must always connect to another tunnel, never to solid ground. Instead of digging, you can also set aside a card with a raincoat or a rope, because the escape needs exactly three raincoats and two ropes. Watch out for the tide: whenever a card with water comes into play, its blue half has to be covered by another card before the game ends. Somewhere in the deck hides the EXIT card. Close every other tunnel with dead ends, keep that single exit open and make sure no water is visible. You may talk about your plans, but you can't show your cards.
